Hi... I'm Paul :)

 

Coach Paul Elaisa was born and raised in Suva, Fiji Islands, and comes from a large family background and enjoys interacting with children of all ages. Coach Paul learned how to swim, as well as started his swimming career with the Tritons Swim Club Suva and has been swimming ever since. Paul made his debut onto the Fiji National team in 2007 and USA College teams in 2014 with the following accomplishments;

 

2009,2011 & 2012 World Swimming Championships

2012 London Summer Olympics

2014-2016 All-American at NJCAA Nationals: Silver and Bronze finalist

2017-2018 NAIA National Finalist: Silver and bronze.

 

Coach Paul began his coaching career in 2012 as substitute coach for for his swim club in Fiji. Over the years his swim club began an outreach learn-to-swim program to help bring awareness and safety around water for the younger kids of Fiji. He is also a recent graduate with a BA in Sports Management from Lindenwood University. Along with his knowledge and experience, Coach Paul intends to learn and grow from the Coaching staff at S.OM.A. Aquatics USA.
